Not to mention the images of our sisters with their bodies exposed and bloodied when in this life they may have strived to cover with Hijab. Showing pictures of those who have been raped and murdered. Showing pictures of severed limbs and other unspeakable things.
“What man must acknowledge is that the most important fact of his life is his duty to serve Allah and to work for this and this alone. Because man is in need of countless blessings, whereas Allah is Rich Beyond Need.”—http://www.islamcan.com (via crystal93)
Allah, may He be glorified, has created our nails with total perfection. Look at your nails right now and see the signs of Allah in them. If the nails were hard as the bones, then they would damage our skin when we scratch. At the same time, the nails are not so soft that we can’t get rid of the…
Just a thought from my sinful self. Your fiance is your non mahram, its not halal for you to have a close relationship with him. in fact it is sinful, because being close and touching him excites senses, well, not really in a bad way, but it does makes you feel happy right? proving something… presence of shaitan, which (naudzubila min zalik) may lead you to more sinful things. Marriage will be sweeter, much much sweeter when you keep it halal, hence approval form Allah. insyallah.
P/s: purpose of being engaged in Islam is to know each other better. the halal way to do this is
with at least one person accompanying you when you meEt your fiance. why? because if not the third person will be your enemy, shaitan.
in broad day light with alot of people.
still following strictly to all the rules of behaving with a non mahram.
Muslims nowadays with their distorted views of fellow muslims.
salah. distorted: “wow! you’re so pious, you actually pray five times a day and even find mosques/musollah/places to pray when you’re outside” actually: "ermmm, I’m not really pious, im practically performing what im supposed to do as a muslim, its obligatory, you can call me pious, if i do something supplementary""but anw, thanks" and honestly I can’t tolerate nonsense like " oh, i only pray at home, i will qadaq later" seriously? so what, you only remember Allah when you’re at home and forgets Him when you’re outside? Does allah forget you? NOPE!
HIJAB . I suddenly become lazy, but you get the picture, it’s kind of the same! its obligatory people not sunnah!
Though it may looks like its just for Muslim women, its for everyone. I want women to realize they are not barbie dolls on a shelf. they are special. the men who marries her will be special. and it will make all the other men wonder how beautiful she is. why? because she is covered, she is a mystery, she respects herself.
Hijab is compulsory. Bet all of you knew this. women have to cover, because we are precious. very precious. We are not for display or man pleasing objects. We are keeping this beauty safe for the men who is going to be legally ours. We want people to judge us not based on our beauty but our personalities. so that each time when someone wants to be with us,we can almost be certain that there is no ill intention involved. We know that for the least, its not lust from his side.
Men. Do you have any idea how lucky you are to get a women who is covered? a women who doesn’t reveal her aurah? well most don’t. You drool over girls with amazing figures, women who wear make ups and short skirts. why? they’re beautiful, pleasing to the eye? yes, definitely, pleasing to my eyes, a dozen of men who passed and lets not forget its pleasing to the rapist eyes too. Damn, she’s lucky all this people are eyeing her. If you choose someone who covers herself, you know , that that women, respects herself and she wont go around flirting, of course you can never be sure of anything, but at least you knew by wearing hijab she is constantly reminding herself that she is a Muslim , thus i follow what islam teaches me. do you really want a women who wears mini skirts and shows her cleavage, then strut down the street for other man to drool? and if that is not enough, most of these girls are proud of it. ponder, please…`
