In times of despair like this, I always wish Rasullah is still alive. I imagine him sitting in a veranda or just anywhere, with his companions in the picture at times, and I ask him the solution for this pain/despair/sadness/ (INSERT ANY WORD YOU WANT), basically everything.
At times like this I wish I was an alim with lots of knowledge on hadiths, or at least memorize...
this dunya is temporary, life is temporary, sadness is temporary, happiness is temporary, every single thing you see/feel/know/touch/taste/hear/smell is temporary.
EVERYTHING.
Nothing last.
